Insurance and Billing
We accept most major insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance company to see if we are included on your plan. Often, an authorization is required from your primary care physician before visiting one of our cardiologists. Contact your primary care physician before making a Bradenton Cardiology Center appointment. You will also be required to pay any co-payment at the time of your visit. Medicare
We will file your Medicare claim and accept assignment. As with any medical provider, you will be responsible for the 20 percent (20%) balance and yearly deductible after Medicare’s payment. If you have Medicare Supplemental Insurance, we will be happy to file that secondary claim for you.
Prescription Refills
Prescription refills can be obtained during weekday office hours. A pharmacy line is available, just dial (941) 748-2277, and press option 4. Please review your medications and obtain refills during your office visit.
